Hamid Sadeghi Abandansari, obtained my PhD in Organic Chemistry from Shahid Beheshti University in 2014 and then continued my research activities as a postdoctoral researcher at Royan Research Institute for 3 years (2015 to 2018). After that, I continued my collaboration with Royan Institute as a researcher until 2017 and then as a faculty member up to now. Currently, I am a faculty member of the Cell Engineering Department of the Stem Cell Research Institute and am working in the fields of tissue engineering, drug delivery systems, and bioinks.

Design and fabrication of injectable hydrogels for tissue engineering, drug delivery, and bioink applications are my main interests. In addition, fabrication of smart nanoparticles for targeted delivery of anticancer drugs is one of my main research areas.
